So, in the spirit of full disclosure....I went today to have my Last Meal (I'm almost a week pre band).... my poison of choice: McDonald's (which I frequent about 3 times a year since I got fat - but used to eat once a week when I was skinny - explain that one).... Anyways, it was great.... Me and my big mac had a very romantic time hiding in the back parking lot of McD's together...it was a special farewell... we cried, we laughed, we went down memory lane together remembering the many years we meant so much to each other.... But I made it clear, that this would be the last time we saw each other. Clean Break.... :)
I also saw my bestest friend, who I haven't seen in about two weeks - and was starting to go mental from all my pent up thoughts :) She is awesome! funny, smart and very good looking (I told her about the blog - so she may be reading this right now :) I love you :)
As promised, after riding my bike yesterday for almost an hour and boxing.... today I was up another pound or two...at this point I just don't care anymore..... Get me Banded already..... on that day, all bets are off!!!! :)
